It is based on employee timesheet. Employee attendance, their vacation time management are all part of the system so that payroll can be accurately managed. The Project Time Management also supports expense management. The application has approval work flow built in. You would be able to customize the process too. Task management features help manage the overall project too. During the life of a project bugs and issues keep cropping up and being able to close them in time and without fail is a crucial part of project success. Email notifications to appropriate people ensure everybody works off the same page.
For further integration with your accounting system this tool offers QuickBooks integration. This has a simple interface and is quite intuitive. Most users would be able to get productive very quickly. The people with project management background will be required to manage the project related functions of course. The controls are also well laid out. The time sheet has tabular format and easy to fill in. Other controls are organized on the left, in tabs. This is a very good product.
